Often we hear feedback from clients who question how we can offer such reduced rates when the brand name firms are so much more costly. Quite simply, we don’t have the overhead and ongoing expense to carry. We readily admit you will never see an eOption commercial during a football game. Nor will we bombard you with tools and functions which we know many clients don’t use. We will however, give you a very good execution price and an easy-to-use system.

Our second goal is to provide the kind of personalized, positive customer service experience that comes natural from a Midwest firm of our size. eOption does not try to be all things to all people. We are proud of the fact that a large number of our active clients know our staff by first name. We aren’t perfect, but we are committed to ongoing improvement. We truly care to deliver quality service because that is our culture, not because it is the operating dictate of a large institution.

The third goal is to offer the products we believe clients truly need and still be able to maintain our discount commission pricing. Often this is the most challenging issue we face. With all the offerings available on the internet today, clients have access to a huge amount of free information. Whether you care about fundamental research and returns, technical charts and patterns, or the Greek correlations, the available educational material and data is abundant and to some degree can be inundating. We don’t see the value in charging you for something you can get for free elsewhere.

Our typical clients know what trade they want to place. They want to have a good execution at a discount price and aren’t looking for the bells and whistles. We know many of our clients use eOption as a second account, which is just fine with us. We like that they can compare our execution price and the net savings to what the “big boys” offer. Our clients simply like to save money on commissions and have more of it to actually trade!

We believe our combination of Price, Service, and Product is a great value proposition. However, we realize we must continuously improve our offerings and look forward to growing with our clients. No matter how the markets change, there is always a need for good core services at the right price.
